"Leider hat der gut organisierten Trainingslager mit einem sehr fraglichen Empfang , vom Hotel Direktor , angefangen,,, die ganze Zeit hat man sich als nicht willkommen gefühlt , obwohl das Verhalten der Mannschaft immer gelobt wurde
Diese Hotel muss sich wirklich hinterfragen ob Sie Zielgruppe wie Fussballvereine immer noch dabei haben wollen ...sehr opportunistiche Vorgehensweise die immer spürbar war ...
Schade , weil Zimmer , Essen und Lage dafür sprechen ...aber als Gast 2. Klasse behandelt zu werden ist absolut nicht akzeptabel"

"Besonders positiv ist hervorzuheben, dass die Vertretung von Planetsport jeden Tag kurz vor Ort war und sehr schnell und zuvorkommend jegliche Belange und Fragen geklärt hat. Die Betreuung war sehr gut.

Es wäre gut, vorab informiert zu werden, wenn einer der zugwiesenen Plätze nicht die normale Fussballplatz-Grösse und Ausstattung hat. Das ist wichtig für die Trainingsplanung.
Die Qualität der Bälle war leider etwas knapp. Hat aber ausgereicht in unserem Fall."

"Der Platz war wirklich eine Zumutung und für ein Trainingslager nicht geeignet, da kein normaler Pass gespielt werden konnte (besonders der untere Trainingsplatz). Zusätzlich war auf der Offerte der Platz mit der Tribüne darauf, den wir nicht benutzen durften, was eigentlich nicht in Ordnung ist. Da es unser zweites Mal in Ascona war, wussten wir was uns erwartet, aber ein drittes Mal werden wir das nicht mehr so buchen. Ansonsten war alles tiptop organisiert und auf alle Wünsche (zusätzliche Buchungen, Restaurants etc.) und Ansprüche (z.B. glutenfreie Ernährung) wurde perfekt eingegangen. Am Tag der Anreise gab es ein kleines Missverständnis bezüglich des Mittagessens, das hätte man etwas besser kommunizieren können. Doch wir konnten das schnell klären und auch als eine angebliche Terminkollision beim Fussballgolf war, hat sich das planetsport-Team schnell und unkompliziert darum gekümmert. Danke an Romina für die freundliche Betreuung während des Lagers!"
